Speedsmoke is a system used for hot smoking of fish, chicken, and cured meat products. Year of construction: 2011. Capacity: 5,000–10,000 kg/h depending on the products. Speedsmoke is an external cabinet in which a smoking trolley loaded with products is placed. The trolley is then sprayed with smoke condensate for 30–120 seconds. After that, the trolley is moved to a smoking cabinet where the products are heat-treated (dried and cooked). SHORTER PROCESSING TIME Since smoking does not need to take place in the smoking cabinet, processing time can be reduced by up to half.
